3. In-App Purchases

Our Apps offer one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases to unlock features or content. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.

• All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard process.
• Purchased content is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into that account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Apps
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use our Apps to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute or share purchased content with unauthorized users

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Apps—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by Northline Studio LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Content Disclaimer

Some of our Apps contain mature content intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using these Apps, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that viewing such content is legal where you reside.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northline Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Apps.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northline Studio LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Apps or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Apps shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
